  1. Thanks for sharing your sample images. Your 28-70mm lens is faulty, heavily decentered so the left side is soft. Otherwise looks great. If possible swap your lens with a different unit, or maybe tell Sony so they don’t ship it to other reviewers. Thanks for the hands on report.


  2. It’s unlikely that they took A mount lens and made it longer to fit E mount, considering that there wasn’t any 28-70 full frame A mount lens with F3.5-5.6 or from any other manufacturer for that matter.
    It looks like new design made for E mount. Sample shots would prove that.
